Due to COVID-19 and higher parcel volumes almost all carrier experience longer delivery time and suspended on-time delivery guarantees. Please read the latest update and the service alerts on the webpages of the carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
General orders we usually ship via Canada Post or UPS for a shipping flat rate. Shipping on orders over $100 is free (please choose free shipping during the checkout). You will find the actual shipping rates during the checkout.
All shipments are trackable. Should you wish to have your order sent by another method, please advise us via email (service@TROIKACanada.com) and we’ll do our best to assist you. We will provide a shipping quote. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
Domestic shipping within Canada will take approximately 4-9 business days. International shipping to the United States will take approximately 4-9 business days.

Important: We reserve the right to charge extra for shipping to remote areas. In this case, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order and make any additional charges applicable. The customer will then have the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund of the amount already paid.
You will be notified of any out of stock items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and naturally, you can choose to wait for their arrival or cancel your pending order. We don't charge a handling fee.
We use secure payments by PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard, and additional payment methods.

The information you provide us with when placing an order online is used to process and complete your order. We will not share this information with any outside parties excepting Canada Post (or other delivery services) in order to complete the shipping of your order.
